RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIRTUAL TOURS

 

Estimates and requests for residential real estate photography can be completed on this form. The residential photography and virtual tours can be used by a single agent for the purpose of promting a residential proprty for sale, lease, or rent. For commercial property photography, please call the studio for additional inforamtion and estimates.

Photographs and tours may be used on sale brochures and real estate sales websites during the period the property is listed by the client agent. Additional uses including editorial use, commercial use, other use, or transfer of use license is strictly pohibited without prior written consent of Rex Alfes Photography.

Photography Package Estimate Subtotal:
Administrative Fee - We are now building into the invoice the cost to repeatedly follow up with accounts payable departments on past due invoices, and float the cost of payment to our vendors, which require 30 days payment. This fee is approximately 10% of the total invoice. If payment is made within 30 days, you may deduct this amount. A notation to this effect will be made on the invoice.

Total estimated charges for Rex Alfes Photography: Note: The administration fee and applicable tax may be deducted if invoice is paid wihin 30 days for the photo shoot. See the total below (Travel or destination charges may apply)

Pricing has been developed based on a variety of factors. PLEASE NOTE, however, as every shoot is different, and requires different preparation, scouting, and post-production, please contact us for an estimate specific to your needs.

  Prep Days are billed at 45% of the creative fee
  Travel Days are billed at 50% of the creative fee
  Weather Days are billed at 75% of the creative fee
  Additional tour scenes or photographs request the day of the shoot is subject to additional charge.
  Images or tours on CD or DVD
  Additional sessions i.e. night photography, weather reshoots, etc.

*Our POLICY on receipts is that we do not turn over receipts
as a part of the invoicing process.
